The Vance County Board of Education has appointed Mr. Rey Horner as Assistant Superintendent of Auxiliary and Student Services and Dr. Jacqueline Batchelor-Crosson as Chief Officer of Academics and Federal Programs during their August 2026 Board of Education meeting.
